How we protect and manage your information
Encryption and Security
All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols to ensure secure communication. Our servers are protected by firewalls and regular security updates.
Data Retention
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after processing. Technical logs are retained for 90 days for security purposes. Anonymous usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.
Access Control
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only and is granted on a need-to-know basis for legitimate business purposes.
