Information collected when you use our platform
1. Technical Data
We collect IP address, browser type, device information, and usage patterns for system optimization and security purposes. This information helps us maintain the stability and security of our services.
2. Uploaded Files
Images, geometries, and data files you upload are strictly used for the execution of your requested algorithms. These files are processed in volatile memory or temporarily stored, and are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not use your proprietary data to train third-party AI models, nor do we share it with external entities.
3. Usage Analytics
We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our services and understand user behavior patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
Data Security & Retention
How we protect and manage your information
Encryption and Security
All data transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols to ensure secure communication. Our servers are protected by firewalls and regular security updates.
Data Retention
Uploaded structural and image files are destroyed post-processing. System technical logs are retained for 90 days exclusively for security audits and bug fixing. Aggregated, fully anonymized usage statistics may be kept indefinitely for academic reporting and research justifications.
Access Control
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only and is granted on a need-to-know basis for legitimate business purposes.

We use your data to provide cloud generation and contour creation services as requested by users. This includes processing uploaded files and generating the requested outputs.
